民俗学は研究者と研究対象が同一言語圏にあることが多く、そのため研究成果の公開もその地域ごとの言語で行われることが多いと思われがちです。確かにその側面はあり、今でも日本の民俗学の成果は多くの場合日本語で出版されます。他方で国境を越えた学問交流が広がり、かつオンラインジャーナル化の流れを受け、民俗学でもグローバルな読者を獲得すべく英文ジャーナルが増加しています。ここではそのうちのいくつかを紹介します。欧米が中心になりましたが、もちろん世界には他にも多くのジャーナルがあるはずです。折に触れて追記していきたいと思います。なおヨーロッパでは民俗学を(European)Ethnologyと呼ぶことが多く、人類学と明確に区分できない場合もあるので、そのような性格の雑誌も含んでいます。また人類学のオープンアクセスジャーナルについては以下に便利なまとめがあります。（26.05.2021）
